Background
Jeevan Vigyan is a spiritual organization focused on yoga and well-being. They required a robust infrastructure to handle their growing community operations, specifically around schedule booking and volunteer coordination.
System Capabilities
I developed a complete Content Management System (CMS) that prominently features an advanced Volunteer Management module. The public-facing portal allows users to seamlessly register as volunteers.
On the administrative side, the system handles approval workflows, automatically assigns volunteers to specific events and tasks, and generates digital volunteer IDs and certificates. I was additionally responsible for the ongoing maintenance and stability of the overall platform.
